John Godina founded Whole Fitness in 2005. During his 12 years of Olympic competition, he has developed training programs for many top Track and Field athletes, but when his mother Oma came to him and asked him to help her regain her health … he could not refuse. Oma was Whole Fitness’ first client. After months of work and sixty pounds of weight loss, John realized his knowledge from years of world-class training can help people in all walks of life feel better, look better and live a Whole life.
